For e-mail purchases we need to know the following:
 
Recipients full name
Full name of gift provider
Return e-mail address
Dollar amount or service requested
Credit card information for billing
Any special notes you would like included with the gift card
 
All gift cards will have tracking numbers so if for any reason
payment is defaulted this number will be voided.
